Can you order what I am looking for incase I cannot find it?

In case we are unable to find the toy you are looking for, we will be happy to look into your requests and be of help to you. Nothing will please us more than helping you find what you are looking for.

What is your return policy?

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

How do you ship products?

We ship our products via USPS. We provide shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email when the order is shipped. The cost of shipping is calculated based on zip code.

What if an item is defective?

If an item is found to be defective within 15 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us at info@tantalizingtasties.com to let us know of the issue. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email and provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, found in the top right hand corner of your invoice OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (shipping it back is your responsibility), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

Discreet shipping and billing is quite essential to me. When my order arrives, how will it look?

Discreet shipping is important to us and also many of our customers. This is why we make use of a plain package when delivering your order. If you have any specifications, you can get in touch with our customer support and we will pack your order accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, it is processed and shipped the very same day so that there are no delays in delivering the product to you and you are able to get it quickly. Therefore, once an order has been submitted, it just cannot be cancelled in any way. We advise all our guests to order carefully.

If the item is low in stock

Why do you need my email address?
Your email address is used only to communicate with you directly and efficiently. It will be used to let you know that your order has been processed, your product(s) have been shipped, and about updates to our product lines or web site. You can remove yourself permanently from the email list at any time, simply contact us.

Does Tantalizing Tasties have a physical store I can visit?

Tantalizing Tasties is an online business store only where all our items are stored and shipped directly from the warehouse. As we are not open to public.
